with phpBB3 3.0.4 better settings for custom profile fields have been added to the phpBB3 core code.
So now there is no more need for this MOD!
To get the same result you have to set following values:
Please notice that the value only is displayed e.g. on memberlist if it is not empty. Just set a default value. But 0 is empty, too.
For uninstalling the MOD don't forget to delete the added table field field_admin at the table phpbb_profile_fields .
